Flexible Production
We are organized to manage orders ranging from small and medium series to production runs of thousands of pieces.
We work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and most metallic materials used in industry.
Multi-Axis CNC Turning
The turning department includes CNC machines dedicated to bar and secondary operations.
The machine fleet includes:
- Mazak
- Index ABC 5-axis
- Citizen sliding headstock up to 8 axes
- Miyano 7-axis
for diameters up to 100 mm.
CNC Machining Centres
The milling department is equipped with Chiron machining centres with rotary pallet systems, ideal for repeat production and precision machining.
The main machines in operation are:
- Chiron FZ12 Magnum
- Chiron FZ15 W
with travels up to X550 Y400 Z360 mm.
Dimensional Inspection
Each production batch is checked using dedicated measuring instruments and optical inspection systems to ensure that the components meet the required specifications.
Component Washing
When required by the production cycle, components undergo industrial washing to remove machining residues and deliver a product ready for subsequent assembly or use.
